Lack of dental care refund spurs drive-by shooting

Police Light

A dental patient who was upset about not getting a refund allegedly responded by firing shots into a Tennessee home with multiple people inside, including a dental practice employee, according to a story published on Fox13Memphis.com.

Debria Coble, 23, was charged with 10 counts of attempted first-degree murder, vandalism, and employment with a firearm with intent to commit a felony. In August 2022, Coble reportedly committed the drive-by shooting, firing a gun multiple times at a home with 10 people inside.

One of the people in the home told police that Coble allegedly committed the shooting because she was unable to get a refund for dental work that she had received from one of the people inside the house, according to the story. No one was injured, but the gunfire, which also stuck several cars outside the home, caused $5,000 worth of damage, according to the story.
