Carestream Dental has launched CS 3D Imaging Premium, an AI-powered software program designed to improve implant planning, case acceptance, and case sharing.
The software automatically identifies and numbers teeth after merging scans with digital impressions. Users can select implants from a library of over 100 manufacturers, and the system calculates optimal crown and implant placement.
Also, cases can be shared with labs or exported to SMOP or BlueSkyBio for surgical guide creation. The “Share My Case” feature facilitates clinicians sharing 3D cases online with one click, according to the company.
