Automated dental insurance claims processing platform Zentist has launched a financial prefunding pilot program using artificial intelligence (AI).
The program applies machine-learning models to dental insurance claims data so that multilocation dental service providers are paid on certain types of claim submissions in real-time, the company said. United Dental, a U.S.-based dental service organization, will be the first participant in the pilot program.
Anticipated outcomes include lower insurance reimbursement risk, improved liquidity, and better near-term financial health, Zentist said.
