United Concordia improves customer online access

United Concordia Dental has revised its My Dental Benefits online member information application on UnitedConcordia.com to improve members' access to information and make it easier to navigate, the company announced.

"From the moment they sign in, My Dental Benefits clearly outlines the most commonly requested information on the first screen," said Joseph Peffer, United Concordia Dental's eBusiness vice president, in a press release.

The best example of the improved ease and simplicity of the website is in the initial account summary screen, which offers a snapshot of covered members and the status of their claims, plan maximums, and deductibles. This screen allows members to expand their view to get more detailed information such as claim details without opening a new page.

United Concordia also added more intuitive graphics and layouts and used new fonts to increase readability.
