Delta Dental invested $131 million in oral health in 2025. Here's where the money went.

In 2025, Delta Dental invested more than $131 million to expand access to oral healthcare; support workforce development; and advance more connected, whole-person models of care, with its initiatives reaching 24 million people across all 50 states, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico.

The 2025 Delta Dental Community Impact Report tells the story behind those numbers. It covers the organization's work across four priority populations -- children and adolescents, older adults and seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities -- as well as its growing investments in dental-medical integration and the oral health workforce pipeline.

Among the highlights: 1.5 million free or low-cost dental screenings delivered, 176,337 students treated through school-based sealant programs, more than 36,000 veterans reached through 68 community initiatives, and $22.7 million invested in dental workforce development.

For dental professionals, the report offers a useful window into where the largest oral health philanthropist in the U.S. is directing its resources and why, said Delta Dental.
