"Hey guys, Ahmad Al-Hassiny here from the Institute of Digital Dentistry in New Zealand, and my clinical tip is all about communication.
"Technology is transforming dentistry at an alarming rate, but excellent communication is still what builds trust with our patients.
"Whether you're explaining a complex treatment to a patient, showing a scan, or simply checking in, clarity and empathy make all the difference. Remember, patients don't just buy treatments. They buy confidence in us and in you. So, communicate clearly, listen actively, and you'll be able to close a lot more cases, ethically, of course.
"And with all of that is, of course, adopting digital. We have so many tools at our disposal now to improve communication, from scanners, software, AI, and various simulations; these all help us become a more effective clinician.
"So adopt digital and communicate effectively."
