Questions and answers regarding DrBicuspid's OnlineCE.

DrBicuspid.com will no longer be offering Continuing Education courses after December 31, 2021. All purchased courses must be completed by 11:59 p.m. MST, December 31, 2021, in order to receive CE credit.

Consistent with the existing policy — Certificates for completed courses remain available for up to 1 year from the course purchase date. For example, if you purchase and complete your course before 12/31/2021, you will have access to your certificates until 12/31/2022.

When do I have to complete my purchased courses?

You must complete your courses before 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2021 to receive CE credit.

Will I still have access to my certificates?

You will have access to your certificate for up to 1 year from the course purchase date.

What if I experience difficulties while ordering an online CE course?

If you should experience any difficulties with your online ordering or taking of a course you may contact technical support by:

Is my online transaction secure?

Yes. IMV is committed to safeguarding customer information.

  • Protecting Transaction Data - All commerce transactions are encrypted using a 1024 bit SSL certificate.
  • All commerce transactions between IMV ecommerce and our payment processing partner use a specified IP address.
  • All members must sign into our system using a unique member ID and password.

What are my payment options for purchasing online CE courses?

Continuing education courses may be purchased only by credit card. American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA are all accepted.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged immediately after you have clicked on "Confirm Order" in the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation number on the “Thank you for your order” page that follows via an e-mail confirmation notice.

To place an order, does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies"?

Yes. It is required that you set your browser to "accept cookies". You can update your cookie setting in your browser’s Preferences section. The cookie setting is usually found in Internet Explorer under the Tools menu and through the Edit menu in Netscape.

I forgot my password. How do I login?

If you forget your password simply click on the link, forgot password. Enter your username or email address and click submit. You will receive an e-mail shortly with a link to reset your password.

How long can I view my courses and print my certificates?

The courses and certificates remain available for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do I have to print my certificate after I pass the evaluation?

No, you do not. We recommend that you print your certificate after completion. However, you may login anytime on the site and print your certificate(s) within the 1 year time period.

Once I start a course do I have to finish it then?

No, you do not have to finish a course once you start it. You may come back at a later time and complete the course. Our site will remember your progress and the next time you login you can start your course where you left off.

How long does IMV keep records of the courses I have purchased?

Course information is kept up to 6 years from the date of purchase.

Will the courses offered by IMV fulfill my requirements for state re-licensure?

It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the CE requirements of his/her licensing or regulatory agency. Continuing education credits issued for completion of online CE courses may not apply toward license renewal in all licensing jurisdictions.

What is the refund and/or cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds or cancellation of courses after they have been purchased. Users are required to determine whether the courses they are taking meet their licensing or regulatory agency requirements prior to purchasing courses. Refunds related to technical site issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to install any software to view/run the courses?

There are some courses with additional functionality that will require you to download additional software to take advantage of that functionality. To download, click on the link below.
