OSAP asks for Giving Tuesday donations

The Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP) is asking for dentistry's support and generosity on Giving Tuesday, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, this year falling on November 30.

OSAP is highlighting two funding opportunities for Giving Tuesday:

  • The OSAP Foundation: a tax-exempt organization that supports education, research, service, and policy development
  • The OSAP-DANB-DALE Foundation Collaboration: a credentialing initiative by OSAP, the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), and the Dental Advancement through Learning and Education (DALE) Foundation

The donations will help OSAP continue its mission to provide infection prevention and control education, training, and credentialing, the organization said. All funds go directly to OSAP initiatives, and donations can be made online using a credit card.
