Our appreciation is extended to Nada Shaker, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH, for contributing this case.

History: A 5-year-old boy presented with multiple erythematous raised lesions in his oral cavity. The lesions preceded the appearance of a generalized maculopapular rash on his trunk. The lesion was completely resolved over two weeks. Of note, the child has not been fully vaccinated.
