Case #803: 5-year-old boy with raised oral lesions

History: A 5-year-old boy presented with multiple erythematous raised lesions in his oral cavity. The lesions preceded the appearance of a generalized maculopapular rash on his trunk. The lesion was completely resolved over two weeks. Of note, the child has not been fully vaccinated. An intraoral image is listed below. Click to enlarge the image.
