OraMetrix, makers of the SureSmile orthodontic system that combines 3D diagnostic imaging with computerized treatment planning and robotic archwire customization, has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia.
In the past two years, 13 Australian orthodontic practices have introduced 3,000 patients to SureSmile technology, the company noted in a press release.
Jacqueline Doon, an executive with 26 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, has been appointed managing director of the new Sydney-based operation.
